I purchased a new 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring in July this year for cash. The cashiers check I brought was for more than the final amount due and I was promised a refund by Andrew, the Brandon Honda July this year for cash. The cashiers check I brought was for more than the final amount due and I was promised a refund by Andrew, the Brandon Honda Finance rep. I have received 2 refund checks from the Moargan Automotive Group. In each case, the checks take nearly a week or more to leave your office. Once delivered they have both exceeded the 20 days allowed to cash them. In both cases I was out of town when they were delivered. I have attached scans of each check and the envelope showing the postmarked date. I tried calling and leaving a message for Rena, one of the accountants on the checks. 5 days later I've heard nothing back. No re3sponses to emails. I would avoid Brandon Honda! More
