Q was the whole reason I drove 78 miles to Brandon Honda. She was professional and worked very hard to get the deal done. I had a nothing but pleasurable experience from this dealership. My last car was totaled in an accident and I was looking for a new one, and Brandon Honda had the exact car I was looking for. I notified dealership. My last car was totaled in an accident and I was looking for a new one, and Brandon Honda had the exact car I was looking for. I notified the dealership I was interested in that vehicle and the sales person, Eric Berg, called me within a half hour from that email. Erik sent me pictures and videos of the car, inside and out, to see the condition of the vehicle. I live in Ohio and chose to fly all the way down to Florida to buy this car, I was surprised to find out Erik was the one that drove to the airport to pick me up. The entire purchasing was streamlined and straightforward, the only issue I have is I was not notified through photos, video, or work of mouth that the windshield had three small chips in it. You could barely seen them from the videos and photos, but as soon as you stepped inside you could see them. I still would have purchased the car, but would’ve liked to be told about those chips. More
