I totaled my car in the beginning of December and have made my way to several different dealers, big and small. Finding a nice, used car in the current market is extremely difficult and when you have a tight budget, it feels impossible to find something that’s worth your money. Brandon Honda had a ‘14 Civic that looked exactly like what I was looking for. Steven Pratts was my salesman and he sent a video of the car before I made it to the dealership. He even sent over the CarFax which I appreciated. Upon arrival, everyone that greeted me was extremely pleasant and smiley. Steven was very personable and easy to talk to. It was more like meeting a friend than some icky guy trying to sell you a car. I told him my budget and that I was very firm in that. He made it work for me. The paperwork was quick and easy. When it came time to finding insurance coverage for my new-to-me car, they have an agent who will find the best price for the coverage you’re looking for. I am so beyond grateful to Steven and the Brandon Honda team for giving me the best customer service, the best deal, and the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
