We have been taking our cars for service to Brandon Honda since we moved to Brandon 8 years ago. We have also purchased 2 cars from Brandon Honda because we trust our service adviser that we only want him wo since we moved to Brandon 8 years ago. I have a 2002 Honda Civic that has only been serviced at Brandon Honda. For more than 3 years now I have dealt with JR Disbrow. He is great at what he does, very polite and makes you feel like you are his Brandon Honda. For more than 3 years now I have dealt with JR Disbrow. I can purchase a quality Honda at any Honda dealership. This is not to say that Brandon Honda does not have a great sales department or competitive pricing; however, it is Brandon Honda's outstanding service department that keeps me coming back. I have never had a problem with having my car serviced at Brandon Honda. I normally deal with J. R. Disbrow when having my vehicle serviced. (I have dealt with J. R. for many years.) I cannot say enough about this individual. From the minute you enter the service department, J. R. insures that the overall experience is totally customer oriented. He creates a positive/friendly atmosphere for the customer and continually monitors the work on the vehicle and keeps the customer informed as to what is going on. J. R. is extremely knowledgeable concerning the vehicle. If I have any question concerning my Honda, he can answer it. HE TAKES CARE OF HIS CUSTOMERS!
