Recent purchase I recently purchased a 2013 Lincoln Navigator. I drove from northwest Florida to pickup this vehicle. It had a shake when I would stop but I just attr I recently purchased a 2013 Lincoln Navigator. I drove from northwest Florida to pickup this vehicle. It had a shake when I would stop but I just attributed it to the roads near he dealership since I was told it went through a thorough inspection. As I was on the interstate I didn't do much braking until I was hours from the dealership. Well the shaking didn't stop and I took it to my local Lincoln dealership and the rotors need to be replaced at a cost of $500 to me. Also the floor mats were not in the car. I called and asked my salesman about them and he said he would send them to me in the mail. It's now been two weeks since I purchased the vehicle and I've not received the floor mats. Now my emails don't get returned and when I call he just asks me if I have gotten them yet. Very regretful that I made this purchase. Can't say I'd recommend this dealership or make another purchase from here. More
