Unprofessional I found a vehicle online that I wanted to look at. I clicked the link and was contacted quickly by Tommy. We set and appointment. Unfortunately Tommy would not be there for my 6 p.m. appointment. He told me to ask for a Ricardo. We were on time but the vehicle we wanted to see was "lost" because they have such a large inventory and could take a "couple of months" to find. I specified what I was looking for in the vehicle. They didn't have one on the lot. He made no attempt to check their other storage inventory for a vehicle that matched what I was looking for. When we went to take a test drive for an Edge on the lot he informed us that he had another appointment in 10 minutes. This was distressing since we had had an appointment too. This made us feel unimportant. We were given a very short test drive basically down the street make a u-turn and return. The next day I got an email asking when are we would be available to come by and "wrap it up". I ended up buying at another dealer and had a great experience. More

Dealerships all say this, but I have only truly experienced this at Brandon Ford. The sales people there are freindly and it is obvious that they love working there. I talked and worked with Brooksye, the sales manager, and had the pleasure of having Dave as my salesman. I connected instantly with both and was promised a no hassle deal on my trade in and purchase of a new Ford Expedition. I feel this promise comes from all dealers but until now I have never seen one fulfilled. Brooksey gave me a deal that showed me he is honest and was serious about earning my business, which he did. Dave is absolutely the best salesman I have ever worked with. He is so good I don't even like calling him a salesman. He is honest, caring, and seemed to have unlimited patience throughout my deal. He spent nearly four hours with us on one of their busiest weekends of the year, all to make sure that our experience at Brandon Ford went well. He explained and demonstrated every feature the Expedition has, and believe me there are a great many. He made it the most awesome car buying experience we have ever had. The most stressful part of buying is always the paperwork but they have you covered there. Between the finance man Steve and the fenced in playground they have for kids this was a breeze. Steve is knowledgeable, very personable, and straight forward with no pressure. I absolutely give my personal recommendation to everyone in need of a vehicle, to purchase from Brandon Ford. Dishonest sales team Don't trust this sales department. Went in and looked at a few trucks and decided on one. Went in to talk about price and was told so sorry but we have next to NO room for price negotiation on this truck. Took $500 off then $1000 but that was all,. Then They played hardball on my trade in. Tried to rip me off had to show Kelly blue book info to get them even close to value. Then I found them adding in fees on the deal jacking the price up. I walked out. That truck 3 weeks later is still on the lot and guess what... yup they knocked $3000 off the price!!!!!! THREE GRAND! This place is selling so many vehicles they don't care about the customer at all!!!!!!!!!! They are ripping people off left and right and unless you are an expert negotiator you don't stand a chance there. So disappointed and upset! So glad I didn't fall for it and walked out!!!!!! More

Brandon Ford is the best car/truck dealership we have ever experienced in our 40+ years of car shopping! Every salesperson was friendly. The finance person helped us find the best financing. They gave us a fair offer for our trade-in and a reasonable price for the car we purchased. The car was in pristine condition when we arrived, yet they still detailed it, did an oil change, and a full tank of gas before we were sent on our way. We drove over 65 miles to this dealership. It was well worth the trip!!! More

No pressure, and had the vehicles near each other so we could easily drive them all and “kick the tires” and very patient while we made our decision. The paperwork went really smooth and before you know it we were driving out to dinner on our way home in my wife’s new car. We travel over 2 hours to do business with Sam and Brandon Ford!
