Great experience overall My husband and I have been looking for a fuel efficient vehicle for a couple of months. He came across an ad for a 2012 Focus. Since we were going to be in working in Tampa for a few days, we decided to drop in and see this car. Otis greeted us, was very friendly and helpful in our search. We took the Focus for a test drive and really liked it. After we returned to the lot, we noticed a Blue Fusion. We looked it over but it wasn't quite as economical on the gas mileage. But there was another one parked behind it. This Fusion was a beautiful blue, leather interior, low miles and the price was right. What we went in there to purchase was not what we drove home. Otis and Dennis from the finance department couldn't have made it a more easy and pleasant experience. More

Escaped the hassles of car buying with my Ford Escape! My husband and I went in looking for a larger family vehicle that would work well for our active lifestyles. We spied some excellent deals on 2014 Esc My husband and I went in looking for a larger family vehicle that would work well for our active lifestyles. We spied some excellent deals on 2014 Escapes online, and after a quick inquiry, we were connected with the marvelous Tommy Shelly. Mr. Shelly was patient, informative, provided comedic relief, and did not pressure us in any way. We were able to get a great deal (which I hear is typical of Brandon Ford), and love our new Escape. Tommy Shelly did a remarkable job, and went above and beyond to help us make sure we were satisfied with our experience and purchase. While filling out the customer survey afterwards, somehow we clicked the wrong button on the first question, but we strongly feel that Mr. Shelly is an asset to both his clients and Brandon Ford! service issues I had my 2000 Mustang GT towed to the service department. A few days later I geta quote to repair vehicle. I knew my fuel pump was bad. Cost of fuel p I had my 2000 Mustang GT towed to the service department. A few days later I geta quote to repair vehicle. I knew my fuel pump was bad. Cost of fuel pump $170 at local Pep Boys...Brandon ford quotes $1200, this was with a new battery and positive terminal cable. I refused service. Sent a tow truck back to dealership to bring my car back home. They did not release my car because I had a $100 diagnosis balance. I did not get a phone call, and I waited all day for my car. I called the service department tofind out they DO NOT take payment over the phone.???? It 2014 people. Get with the program. I will never take my car back there. More
