Great service even without an appointment I called Brandon Ford on Monday 08/25/14 and was told by Maria to bring in my vehicle the next day and to explain the issue I was having. I brought o I called Brandon Ford on Monday 08/25/14 and was told by Maria to bring in my vehicle the next day and to explain the issue I was having. I brought our 2014 Explorer back to Brandon Ford on Tuesday 08/26/14 at 8am or so and was assisted by Tracy Hysell the Service Advisor. I did not have an appointment but that didn't seem to matter as I explained to Tracy that our SYNC application was not working. Tracy immediately assisted me with the vehicle and it was fixed within an hour. I also pointed out that there was a problem with our keyless entry on the drivers side door and Tracy had that fixed as well as I left the vehicle (my option) and received a call at 3pm that the car was fixed. We were able to pick it up the next day. I could not be more happy with the service we received from Brandon Frod and I told Tracy that she did an outstanding job with assisting us with our new (Brandon Frod certified) vehicle. I never once felt like he was trying to sell me something, but that he was helping lead me to exactly what i want I worked with Lyle and he was great!
