My experience at this dealer was nothing but professional, in addition everyone had a great attitude and customer service traits. At a stressful time of not having a vehicle their staff helped t professional, in addition everyone had a great attitude and customer service traits. At a stressful time of not having a vehicle their staff helped tremendously with rides to and from the dealer. Also they honored an original diagnostic payment and did not double charge me for a diagnostic the second time I brought the vehicle in. My car was left clean and in good condition inside and out. Also it was great having them deal directly with my carmax warranty which in addition eased the stress and inconvenience of not having my vehicle. I will definitely be coming back in the future if anything goes wrong with my vehicle. I am very satisfied with the work and experience I received from this particular Dodge dealer! More
