In for an oil change and got a lot more! First time to Quality Hyundai and "Wow" is the only word that I can use. I arrived at 7:40 AM this morning and was greeted by Carla. From that moment on, it was the best service I have ever gotten at a dealership. Honestly, it could not have been better. It was a wonderful experience. Carla took the time to show me around the dealership since it was my first time there. She cares about the customer and is a "people" person. Excellent people, excellent service, professional, beautiful dealership. Wow. Quality Hyundai knows what service is all about. Loved my experience Jay was awesome, very professional and personable. Put me at ease from the start. I wasn't looking to buy a car but with his no pressure manner and no gimmick, no nonsense approach gave me food for thought and a deal I couldn't pass up. Went home to think about it without that pressured feeling many dealers give - you know - the "buy it now before the deal and/or car is gone". I was armed with numbers in hand and a smile and "hope to see you soon" on the way out. Today I return and the enthusiasm and welcoming feeling hadn't changed. Jay was just the same, professional and personable - I'll recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai. I'd recommend him to those not considering the brand just cause he was that good and I love my Hyundai experience. Where else do you get a warranty repair done after 81000 miles!??!!
