Worst experience with service department I don't know about their sales department, but would not ever use this dealership for service!!! My daughter took her car in for a recall that should I don't know about their sales department, but would not ever use this dealership for service!!! My daughter took her car in for a recall that should have taken 1 hour. It took 2 trips and wasted 2 days. She had to call them over 7 times over 2 days to get any info about her car. The first day she told them she needed to be picked up when her car was ready, and when she finally got a call, she was told that the driver was gone for the day. The second trip, she told them that she had to have her car by noon. By the time she picked her car up, it was almost 3:00PM. The poor service had to be brought to their attention, before there was an"I'm sorry". When I asked the woman if she would be aggravated, if this was her, she replied YES. They give a new meaning to the name "service Department".......... And it's NOT in a good way. I'm not one to complain usually. I try to understand that stuff happens, but this was not the first undesirable dealing with this service department, but it sure was the worst. More

The funny part is that we did not go there to purchase a new vehicle. My 2009 Santa Fe was in there for some service and while my wife and I were waiting for it to be ready we took a gander at the cars in the showroom. Brian was fantastic, he asked us if he could help us in any way and even though we weren't looking to buy I had some questions for him and he answered them all. One thing led to another and we ended up buying a 2017 Santa Fe because we were so impressed with it. Thank you Brian and by the way, we love the vehicle ! More
Professional and caring I am visiting my sister from Raleigh NC. One of my tires was low so I went to a tire store to have it checked. They told me that my tire had a "slow leak due to corrosion on the inside of the rim but they were able to clean it". I checked the pressure after leaving the store and they had filled that tire to 44 PSI. All other tires were 36. Since my Hyundai Tucson is 2016 I didn't believe what they had told me so I brought my car into Quality Hyundai where the manager Bob Guevara and Carla Daniels took care of me. The technician found a small hole in the affected tire and was able to patch it. I can not say enough about this dealership and these 2 employees that were so kind and caring about my safety. They went above and beyond in customer service and would very much appreciate you passing my comments to there managers and to them personally. Thank you Bernie McShane More
Went in for service and leased a new Sonada Quality Hyundai is one of the finest dealerships that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I recently went in with my leased 2014 Sonada and Quality Hyundai is one of the finest dealerships that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I recently went in with my leased 2014 Sonada and left with a new Sonada - funny how that happens! The owner of the dealership and I were talking along with John Ochman, who I have leased many a car from at other dealerships. Then I spoke with Jay Holliday and together I received what I consider a great deal on a new lease. Thanks to all the staff at Quality, from the service personnel to the sales staff. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP. P.S. This is my third Hyundai and each one is better than the last one More

Quality Hyunda is an excellent dealership We are so happy with our 2016 Elantra that Chris Bepko helped us with. He is so curteous and knowledgeable on Hyundai vehicles. Everyone was so nice. Service Beyond Expectations My Sales Consultant, Brian Langley has always been outstanding as far as going beyond the "call of duty" to service our family with the various Hyunda My Sales Consultant, Brian Langley has always been outstanding as far as going beyond the "call of duty" to service our family with the various Hyundai customers service questions we have had since we purchased our 2015 Sonata AND 2015 Tucson. He sold us The Tucson and was extremely helpful during the actual sales AND post sales process. As I recall he's also helped us with our 2013 Sonata and 2013 Tucson when we had any questions that weren't sales necessarily sales related as well. He''s very hand on when it comes help with programming certain features and functions of that particular car and their are MANY. More
