The atmosphere at the dealership was friendly, relaxed and I felt very comfortable. My first contact was Pete Zaniewski (Internet Specialist), who was great. He responded to me at 6:49 AM, shortly after I inquired about the car via email. We continued communication via email, which was very convenient for me, due to being at work. My sales consultant Michael Taylor was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and patient (I had 1000+ questions =). A pleasure to do business with! Not pushy and forceful like other sales consultants. Thank you Mike for making car buying fun and making me feel like you truly cared about me as the customer and that I could really trust you, explaining every detail and function of the car, telling me about the history of the car dealership and the current owners, and making it all around the best car buying experience I could have ever hoped for. The Finance Director Marco did a wonderful job explaining all the financing, warranty and various packages that were available for my car. Thank you Marco for your great sense of humor and patience. I also met the owners, and nobody was pushy and tried to force anything on me. I would like to thank everyone for their patience, because as previous mentioned, I had a 1000+ questions, and everyone was answered =). As soon as I walked in all of the sales associates were friendly and greeting me. The sales associate Michael Taylor came over introduced himself and asked how he could help me. I explained to him my situation and what I was exactly looking for. He immediately started to show me all my options to choose from that would fit my needs. He was polite and very knowledgable with all the cars he sells. He explained every last detail with the car I chose. Usually in the past at dealerships I would feel pressured or they didn't care about me as a customer. Michael made me feel comfortable and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience with him. I left with a new car and it was everything I was looking for. He was wonderful to work with and he made me feel more like family than just a customer.
