Unfortunately, the features that car has was never shared with me, which they lack that. The day I picked up the car, they were too busy trying to close than simply wait a little longer to show me the features or walk through the car with me. I had to figure it out on my own. I did meet with the Business manager before leaving and he is a good guy and explained everything about the deal and signing documents. He probably was the most normal one there. Don't expect to get a keychain or anything when you get your car because they won't give you one!! First time I've been to a dealership and they couldn't even give you a thing for getting a car!! More

Pain Free Purchase I saw a car online and went in to test drive it. I worked with John Mercado. He was helpful, informative and not pushy. I was expecting for this to be one of those times when you walk into a busy dealership and you are totally ignored and someone acknowledges you then forgets you exist, It was just the opposite. John came right over to us and let us know that he was almost finished with his current client and would be right with us. Within 20 minutes we test drove the car and decided at that point it was for me. When he said he was going to get the finance manager I thought "Okay, now is when the jerky me around comes in." It was the complete opposite, (SURPRISINGLY) Marco was polite, friendly and easy to negotiate with. It was a fast, pain free purchase and I didn't feel like I had in other dealerships. They weren't trying to nickle and dime me. They took care of me and I am still in shock at the great service and I've had my car for more than a week now. I have already recommended them to anyone who asks. More

This dealership really cares about you and they listen to you. The service department is excellent. Everyone there is one big happy family. He helped us clean out my daughter's 2009 Hyundai and help put all of her equipment in to the new car. Also I told Kris the very next day that we forgot to take out a CD out of the CD player and he took it out for us. The next day he gave it to my daughter. This is what you call going beyond his duties to make sure his customers are happy. More
