I want to say that I brought my 2018 Hyundai Sonata SEL in 2021. My only complaint is that I never received my replacement key fob because the second key was broken. Every time I asked about nobody had an answer so I gave up even though I still want my key fob. Other than that I want express my gratitude for your employee in the service department by the name of Gary Derosier. He has been servicing my car since I first brought it in for its first service. He is knowledgeable, kind, and goes above and beyond. When my vehicle gets dropped off I know it’s in great hands and he will make sure it’s done correctly and on time. Thank you Gary!!! Can someone help me get my key replacement that I was promised!!!! More
Despite having purchased the supposed latest 2023 model, my car has required multiple visits to Hyundai before the first 6 months even concluded. The most recent instance was on July 10th, and it's been over a month with no communication about the ongoing status of my car. Despite my attempts to reach out, there has been no response. The battery has failed twice, and their solution was to buy a portable battery charger – an inadequate solution for a new car. Rather than offering effective solutions, they're calling me to extend my rental car arrangement but no for tell me what happen with the car. It's frustrating to encounter these issues in a new car and disappointing that the dealership has not provided better solutions. More
My vehicle was in their possession since January 2023 for minor repairs. They unfortunately ended up saturating my interior with water, so they provided a free service to remove mold spores and provided some minor repairs. I received my car back from the dealership last week, upon drop off I notice scratches and dings all over the vehicle exterior. I notified the dealership and they told me they could repair it. They keep delaying this further and I've lost all faith in this dealership. I would like the damage to be repaired by a 3rd party at this point as they are failing to respond or remedy the situation in a timely manner. I was to bring in the car for inspection today, they asked me to wait to do so because they lacked loaners. As of today, they cannot inspect the car because my service advisor is off and they do not have any loaners. They escalated the case internally once more in hopes to get me a loaner, but I am now seeking outside Counsil in this matter. More
NO EVEN ONE STAR. I WENT AT SEPTEMBE 3RD TO DO MY CAR SERVICE. IN THE SHOP THEY TOLD ME THAT THE CAR HAS TO STAY BECAUSE WAS FAILD. AFTER OFFER ME A LOANER, SHE TOLD THAT WOULD BE NOT POSSIBLE AS MY INSURENCE COMPANY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE, INSTEAD I HAVE TO PAY 35$ PER DAY IF I NEED TO GET A CAR. I REQUEST TO TALK WITH A SUPERVISOR WHO WAS THE WORSE TREATMENT, HE EVEN LOOK AT ME IN THE EYES AND TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO CHANGE MY INSURANCE. AT FIRST, THEY OFFER ME A CAR WITH ASAP AND THEN THEY TRY WITH ENTERPRISE. WITH ANY HOPE OR EFFORT, I LEFT THE COMPANY. A FEW DAYS LATER, I TRY BY MY SELF TO GET A CAR AT THE SAME COMPANY (ENTERPRISE) THAT THEY OFFER ME AND SAID THAT MY INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER AND GUESS WHAT?????? THEY ACCEPT MY INSURANCE AND I COULD RENT A CAR WITH THE SAME COMPANYYY! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. TODAY IS BEEN MORE THAN 2 WEEKS 09/16/2022 AND THE ONLY THING I KNOW IS THAT MY BRAND NEW HYUNDAY ACCENT 2022 CAR WITH 7 MOTNH OF USE IS SITTING IN THE DEALER WAITING FOR A TRANSMISSION THAT THEY DON'T KNOW WHEN IS GOIN TO ARRIVE AND IN THE MEANWHILE I AM WITHOUT A CAR AND PAYING FOR A RENTAL CAR. Do not and I mean do not take your car to Braman on NE 2nd Ave. It is the worst😤 I been taking my car here for the past year trying to find out why my oil continuously have to be change every 1 t 2nd Ave. It is the worst😤 I been taking my car here for the past year trying to find out why my oil continuously have to be change every 1 to 1 1/2 month later. My service advisor was Karina… she told me I had to get 4 oil change before they can diagnosis what the problem was. It sounded crazy but I did 3 and decided not to take it back but I was still getting oil changes somewhere else cause I was so sick of Karina lies. I got a full body throttle that she said I need and probably didn’t need that. How can you detect that but can’t let me know the cause of the oil problem 🤔. So I changed the PVC valve and the car ran well for 2 days. So I took it back to Hyundai… now all of sudden Jason is telling me I need a new engine.. 🤦♀️ I blame Karina and whoever looked at my car and did nothing. I stay getting my car serviced but major problems I take it to the dealership but never again to Braman. I will drive out my way to another dealership before I go to Braman or give that car up. All y’all crooks. Just because I am a woman do not mean I am stupid especially when it comes to cars. More

The Floor manager insulted me by offering me $100 for the lost item and he basically said the valet people from Braman Hyundai Service dont work with them. They are a private company. But yet they trust them to take care of our cars. Im not servicing my car in any gas station, this is the main reason why we go to the dealer to protect our belongings and feel secure of everything. He also said it says on the paper they are not responsible for any belongings that are taken from the car. My lease is over in 2 months... and while waiting I was going to renew my car with them that same day. I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. The sentimental value of those ear rings is what hurts me. My daughter loved them and been wearing them for 6 years and having a stranger from BRAMAN HYUNDAI take that away from me was very disappointing. I hope in the future they hire qualify people to represent their brand instead of the mediocre service I got today. No one at that facility was able to help me. Leaving with less than when I got there. And the problem my car had wasnt fixed either. More

They said that they do not accept lease returns, unless the deal was done with them. We got our car in Broward, so it would be a long drive to return to car. This is against Hyundai's rules. As a courtesy, any dealer is supposed to accept lease returns. Hyundai contacted the manager at this store and he was super rude. He said that the board decided not to accept lease returns because their patio is full. Bottom line: they have not been able to sell their used cars. No wonder. Employees there have an attitude and need much training, to say the least. Definitely, I will not go back there for service of my other car. I hope they go out of business soon. BTW, Hyundai Doral gladly took my lease return. It was a great experience, and I am sure to go back there for future services. More

I had the operator page anyone in service I thought maybe it was a quick fix I could do myself. Turns out u have to drive the car in and of course they won't have a loaner for u. It took them several weeks.to get the part they needed. When they were done I discovered the auto door lock @ that door didn't work. Rather than bring the car bk to them I live with it. Boo. They r the worst. Gary the front man was nice. Fire the device manager. Theybr too big to care More
Started a lease with braman hyundai I just did a lease with Braman Hyundai and the lease salesman Oscar was AMAZING! He had everything ready for both me and mom. He came to our house to I just did a lease with Braman Hyundai and the lease salesman Oscar was AMAZING! He had everything ready for both me and mom. He came to our house to show us the paperwork and explained everything of the process. He even accompanied me to return my other lease to make sure everything went smoothly. Our Cars were delivered to our house later that evening and he stayed in contact with us to make sure they were delivered safely and we were satisfied with the product. Honestly me and my mom are so happy with the service, Oscar went above and beyond. Thank you so much. More
