Professionilism. Usually purchasing or leasing a car is a migraine experience. Not so with Braman Hyundai in Miami. Great experience! New, clean, bright, spacious, modern and very comfortable dealership. I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted. All Braman vehicles are parked in a new multi-story garage adjacent to the dealership which makes it exceptionally convenient for customers. Also, it is very organized. I had a great experience test driving my new car - I was given enough time to test drive it. My sales person was very clear and concise explaining the features of the vehicle. All questions, including specific questions, were answered immediately. I had researched the price of the vehicle, as well as the current incentives; I knew my credit score and down payment - as a result, the price negotiations were quick and easy. Great experience!
