In 2019 I bought a "NEW" Hyundai Elantra from Braman and started having problems with the car almost immediately. Car is in the service department right now and while speaking with the service advisor I fin started having problems with the car almost immediately. My contract and paperwork that I signed when I bought the car clearly state it is "NEW". The committed fraud and lied. The sales man, sales manager and finance manager had to have all know. BUYER BEWARE!!! I wish someone from corporate or legal would contact me. More

I purchased a new Tucson XRT here a couple of weeks ago. The salesman Luis generally did a very good job. However, the dealership has fallen down every step of the way. There was still plastic all over the car. Some removed some not. Even the steering wheel had the plastic removed on one side but not the other ! It is as if no one looked at the car. Even some of the tires were missing some of the air nozzle caps. When I got home I found that the trunk cargo net that I paid for was not there. I had to make a trip back ! The biggest issue I have is that all the paperwork was signed electronically. I was told I would get copies by email. I never did. I have tried to get them 3 times - but I call - get positive replies - and no follow up. I received after a week from a customer service specialist as a follow up. They asked if I had questions or issues etc. I had 2 questions and asked again about all the contracts. She told me she would get back to me ….. never heard from her again. Still no contracts. It is as if they call to Demi state they care …. But if yiu actually need something - they don’t care and it’s not possible to get any after purchase service from this dealership. !! Disappointing. Keep it in mind if you’re looking for a new car !! More
I want to say that I brought my 2018 Hyundai Sonata SEL in 2021. My only complaint is that I never received my replacement key fob because the second key was broken. Other than that I want express my gratitude for your employee in the service department by the name of Gary Derosier. He has been servicing my car since I first brought it in for its first service. He is knowledgeable, kind, and goes above and beyond. When my vehicle gets dropped off I know it’s in great hands and he will make sure it’s done correctly and on time. Thank you Gary!!! Can someone help me get my key replacement that I was promised!!!! More

Having visited several Hyundai dealerships in Delray Beach, I was accustomed to encountering the same old tactics—until I spoke with Aleska. She listened attentively without interruption, asking clarifying questions to understand exactly what I wanted. As I drove to Miami, I braced myself for the typical bait-and-switch scenario. However, to my delight, the deal was written exactly as I requested, with no surprise add-ons. Next, I met with the finance representative. I acknowledged that he would likely pitch additional products, but I made it clear that I wasn’t interested. We swiftly completed the finance process. Within two hours, I would have been on my way with my new car, but there was a minor issue: damage to the front right corner of the vehicle. The team at Braman Miami Hyundai went above and beyond. They allowed me to take the car home while arranging for a loaner trailer to pick it up. The loaner—a spotless new Santa Fe—arrived as scheduled. A couple of weeks later, I collected my repaired car, which was in perfect condition. I also had the pleasure of interacting with Eric in the repair department. He understood my priorities and kept me informed about my vehicle’s progress. Aleska accompanied me to return the rental, ensuring my complete satisfaction. Aleska and Erick transformed what could have been another negative car-buying experience into my best one yet. As long as Aleska remains at Brahman Miami Hyundai, I’ll be back for my next car. Larry was that person, and although the process itself was unnecessarily long-an issue the dealership's management should attend to by reviewing how to remove unnecessary steps of the sales process (i.e. having sales people going back and forth to the finance person to finalize the deal. Dealership should allow the sales person to be the one conducting the deal from A to Z as The Collection does) Larry was the reason I ended up staying. Larry was extremely patient, helpful, and understanding as he actually listened to my requests, terms & conditions, and was the ONLY reason why I actually ended taking the Hyundai Palisade lease. Larry is a kind person, a good listener, and someone I will definitely consider in the future when my husband is ready to change his current GV80 lease, also from Braman. The reality is we should NOT give the dealership itself the opportunity, but thanks to Larry we will definitely go back to him. It made very happy to have him as my salesperson and actually be his first sale ever. This review is to correct the oversight of not pointing him out in the survey sent by the dealership and I want to make sure that whoever reads this and goes to Braman seeks him out as there should be more salespeople like Larry. Despite having purchased the supposed latest 2023 model, my car has required multiple visits to Hyundai before the first 6 months even concluded. The most recent instance was on July 10th, and it's been over a month with no communication about the ongoing status of my car. Despite my attempts to reach out, there has been no response. The battery has failed twice, and their solution was to buy a portable battery charger – an inadequate solution for a new car. Rather than offering effective solutions, they're calling me to extend my rental car arrangement but no for tell me what happen with the car. It's frustrating to encounter these issues in a new car and disappointing that the dealership has not provided better solutions. More
