My last service involved a battery that may have died from lack of use. My service tech Danny Soto was phenomenal. They got me a loaner without waiting more than ten minutes. (They were backlogged on min from lack of use. My service tech Danny Soto was phenomenal. They got me a loaner without waiting more than ten minutes. (They were backlogged on mini batteries).
