Horrible experiences one year apart. Battery went bad. After making appointment and bringing car in, was advised that if I wanted new battery under warranty I would have to leave my car Battery went bad. Battery had to be charged and tested and there was a queue. But if I bought over priced battery, I could be on my way! Ka Ching for Braman! Second experience today. Received emails from Braman stating that my mini was due for serve. Called to make appointment. First spoke to service booking person, the to service advisor to find out what wa die and price. Service advisor told me I still had free maintenance, and then personally booked my appointment. On arrival today at Braman, was told that my service wasn’t due until January and I would have to come back in January or pay for service. Complained to service manager. No joy. NEVER GOING BACK TO BRAMAN FOR ANYTHING!! Thankfully there are other Mini dealers in the area. More

There is an issue where music streaming via Iphone gets interrupted frequently. Took it Monday Jul 29 for service. Today is August 9 and are delivering it without solving the issue. Here is the series of problems I have identified in the customer service tasks: 1. They received the car on Monday Jul 29. They were only able to assign a mechanic on Tuesday August6. Why would they wait for so long with the car in their shop if no one is going to look at it? Wouldn't it be fair to schedule the appointment close to when the mechanic is available? 2. They found no issues and tried to guess if it was not a problem with my daughter's iphone I quickly stated that it happens with all iphones in my household. Moreover I explained that it does not happen with any of my other cars. Their second "guess": It must be that you have too many apps open and then they told me that the car was ready for pickup. Went over there and used my own iphone to show them the issue. After two weeks with the car the service rep concluded that there was indeed an issue and that I would need to leave the car for them to replace "a part". As i was leaving with a loaner, the service rep's boss asked me to try one more time now with him beside me. They unpaired the phone, reset everything, and in the end the issue persisted. 3. asked me to leave the car. This was Wed. Yesterday they called me stating that it is not a faulty part the origin of the problem but a software update that needs to be done ONE MONTH FROM NOW. This is a joke. They say that since it is a 2025 new model car that there are still things that require adjustment. While I appreciate they saving me the drive to pick up the car (and they are delivering it without FIXING THE ISSUE), i do not appreciate that it is almost 2 pm and the car is not here, when they promised to deliver it between the hours of 10 AM to 12 PM. I will need to take the car back a month from today to see if indeed the software update becomes available (doubt it) and if it does fix the problem. Hope this long story helps anyone who might be considering buying a 2025 minicooper and experiencing the same issue. Jose Coronel More

I have tried ordering parts for my Mini via the chatting system, contact ordering form, and service center phone calls for over 2 weeks now. Results: chatting system asks for phone number for call back but system, contact ordering form, and service center phone calls for over 2 weeks now. Results: chatting system asks for phone number for call back but no one calls back. Service center phone call sends you to website referencing order list which cannot be found. Contact form does not work (no emails received with quote or information as requested). Extremely disappointing. More
From our 1st visit our sales person was great, no pressure which we don't like. However, her explanation to details about different feature was fantastic. She was very patient showed us plenty of car pressure which we don't like. However, her explanation to details about different feature was fantastic. She was very patient showed us plenty of cars explaining the different features. We waited for 3 months but she hept us up to date on the status where the car was located at. Finally last week with the delivery she really took her time explain all the features and how to use them. More
