I brought my car for an oil change (told them we were going to wait) and was never notified there were two recalls that needed to be fixed prior to the appointment. It’s really hard to plan accordingly and would have been nice to know it would be an all-day repair prior to arriving, instead of an hour basic maintenance appointment. In addition, My husband picked up the car and they told him they notified me that the car was finished. I never received a text, email, or call that the car was finished a little early. My car computer panel this morning is screwed up, the time isn’t set correctly, and the GPS isn’t connecting. I miss the days when the rental car was from Honda directly. it’s time wasted having to go to enterprise, although I am appreciative, given the appointment lasted all day. More

BEWARE! !!!! I had the oil changed and someone stole the handicapped parking permit that was in my glove box. I put it in my glove box when I got to the deal !!!! This is the last time I am taking my car to get it serviced at this Bramans dealership. The service was horrible 3 hours for an oil change is way too long and even after the 3 hours the car stop work serviced at this Bramans dealership. The technician sent the car for pick up with all the check engine lights on and the car was unable to start. This is where I bought my car and to compare the service now it is like night and day. I would never buy another car here or service here anymore. More
