I am a personal assistant to a Palm Beach doctor and his family. Because he has purchased several vehicles at Palm Beach Braman, I have come to know Patti Taylor very well. The adjectives that immediately come to mind when describing her are competent, professional, courteous, possess superior customer service skills and has an engaging sense of humor. Patti has always taken the time to carefully explain any necessary repair procedures and costs. Her paramount priority is the comfort and convenience of her customers. Loaners, phone calls, transportation arrangements, etc. are always seamless. One particular instance that comes to mind occurred when I was transporting my employer's wife from the airport with several pieces of luggage. We had a flat tire on the interstate and Patti miraculously made a tow truck appear within 15 minutes. I look forward to a long and enjoyable relationship with Patti.
