I had an extremely disappointing experience at BMW of Braman, West Palm Beach. I drove one hour each way and spent three full hours at the dealership, only for the car I was interested in to be sold out Braman, West Palm Beach. I drove one hour each way and spent three full hours at the dealership, only for the car I was interested in to be sold out from under me to someone who was willing to pay more—despite me being there first, driving the car first, and already completing payment authorization. Lev Vinogradov and his management team completely wasted my time and showed no regard for fairness or professionalism. This experience made it clear that they do not run an honest business. If you’re in the market for a used car, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Save yourself the time, the frustration, and the feeling of being misled. I had a misunderstanding with the service department in regard to what was and was not covered by my aftermarket extended warr ...................... I had a misunderstanding with the service department in regard to what was and was not covered by my aftermarket extended warranty. I declined to have the work done and was NOT happy! I paid the diagnostic fee and left. The following day the service Manager Craig Middleton went out of his way to give me a call to tell me that they made a mistake on the amount out of pocket and he wanted to make it right, and boy did he! They picked up my car from my house dropped off a loaner car repaired my Cayenne in 3 days, refunded my diagnostic fee and did not charge me a dime out of pocket! He also had my car detailed and out front ready to go when I got there! As a retired GM in the car business, I must tell you that Craig and his team did an outstanding job of making a disgruntled customer into a happy customer and I must say now a customer for life!! Thanks Craig and the team a Braman Porsche!! More
