Very Responsive I did research on the car I wanted then researched on the Internet for available options. Mark Dillion was very responsive and we traded several emails before we talked on the phone. Mark even took a short video on the car and sent it to me. It provided additional information than the pictures posted. Within a few days, I was able to stop by to take a look at the car. Mark put me in touch with Tommy. I liked Tommy. He was very straightforward, no hassle and answered all our questions. He was very accomdating. We agreed on a price and I purchased the car. Everyone was helpful in working through some unique circumstances to transfer special equipment between the 2 cars. I recommend the dealer, Mark and Tommy. More

The entire process was a pleasant experience. I have purchased 4 vehicles prior to my recent purchase, and this has been the easiest experience of them all. Dealer hires a subcontractor crooked sales team 2 yrs ago... I was pressured and pushed to buy a Ram by an outside sales team.. I am a disabled veteran.. With tragic brain injury... So he took advan 2 yrs ago... I was pressured and pushed to buy a Ram by an outside sales team.. I am a disabled veteran.. With tragic brain injury... So he took advantage of me and rip me off... I got a big horn ram out the door for $49500...PRICE WAS ONLY $37900.. After my family looked at what happened.. I went back and showed them ..plus explained everything... They said the guy was fired... But to my surprise I went in 2 days ago... The sales team that screwed me over.. Was there... The same guy fired was running the sales team... This dealership claims to be a new one... But same sales team... Told the high up about that guy... Got told nothing they can do... Left the crooks continue to rip people off all day... AVOID AT ALL COST... YOU SAVE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS..... They do not care about anything but money... More
