Bradley Ford is usually spot on. Last visit however the technician got in a hurry or was distracted and neglected to replace the filler cap. I made it about 100 miles and pulled off the freeway, stopped at a gas station and was greeted by smoke from under the hood. Usually I check that stuff before leaving the dealer but I was trusting their work as this was my 4th visit to Bradley. Never been an issue. I was also supposed to get a tire rotation in my maintenance package and that didn't happen either. So check your work folks. Luckily nothing caught fire but it made a mess. Service writer was to report it to management and I was told I'd receive a call from him/her. Nothing happened but this review request. More
