Won't return phone calls for appt. Have to go in to make appt. Had 4 new tires put on 7/6/2023. Made a trip on freeway at 75 mph.The steering wheel was shaking like the tires were out Have to go in to make appt. Had 4 new tires put on 7/6/2023. Made a trip on freeway at 75 mph.The steering wheel was shaking like the tires were out of balance. Called 7/10/2023 to make appt. Couldn't get through, no service person available. Asked if I wanted to come in, I said yes and went in to service dept. Explained what happened, was questioned whether car pulled to right or left. I said no, that I thought a tire was out of balance. Another service agent said it could be a brake problem. I said I didn't step on the brakes.Said they would give me a "complimentary" balance. Took the car in on 7/14/2013 at 7:30 am for the rebalance. Called at 3:00 pm said paper work had just been put on his desk & I could pick the car up. I took it for a test drive on Sat. 7/15/1023 and rebalance was successful. On the question would I recommend the dealership, Yes I would, but the service dept. is questionable. More
