When I arrived Zach came over to check on me even though I did not tell him I was coming. Bozard put me in a rental car for the day while my one year old and I awaited for services. Then when I returned to pick my car up Ashley said she would mail me a gas card with my new floor mats for the troubles of traveling an hour to and from the dealership within a couple weeks I visited 3 times. Two times for abs light/traction control. I’m just amazed at the customer service and the fact that I had already bought my car and Zach was still very attentive to the buyer. Thanks again Bozard! P.s. did not even get charged once for their service. This place is about the customers not the money. More

I always wanted to use full synthetic oil and we agreed that I would pay the surrender between regular oil an d synthetic oil which was around $2.00 / quart. That had been the case since I then except today They applied a some customer rewards to me that dropped my price down to $79.00 Recently I have been paying around $80.00 afor full service oil change and tire rotation. I use any customer rewards for air filters and wiper blades I am tired of having to argue with staff about this pricing arraignments this is the second time I have had to complain about this and it solved it for a while Today they told me this special pricing stopped with my maintenance plan expired I disagree Please resolve this I know longer feel comfortable bring my truck for service Thank you Mark Thompson More
