Bozard Ford Lincoln - Service Center

I have lived in this town for 32 years and bought my first Ford from Bozard in 1985. Since then my 5 boys have grown up here and now are driving. We use Bozard Ford not only to buy vehicles, but even th first Ford from Bozard in 1985. Since then my 5 boys have grown up here and now are driving. Believe me, I have at one time or another, dealt with all the car dealers here, so I know who the best is in all around customer satisfaction. That would definitely be, Bozard Ford. More

We where on vacation and our mil came on. Brought the truck in and they managed to have a hard to find part replaced in less than 24 hours. They are great. Fantastic service, #1 in our book. Sales department was awesome. Can't say the same for the service department. Went to get our vehicle serviced and they had reserved us a rental but upon arrival they didn't have any. We had our vehicle for less than 3 weeks and there were numerous issues. They fixed one problem but Jeff, the service writer, made up some terrible excuses because they couldn't find a problem to fix it. Now we have had more issues and they (the service department) doesn't seem to care that we need the vehicle fixed. So just because you spend $45,000 don't expect their service departmentto help you out!! More

I am retired and live on a fixed income. I had a small mishap that resulted in a minor scrape on my rear bumper. Nothing major but still something that I wanted to get fixed. I was not sure, since I did not purchase my car from them. I met Bob Hewitt who treated me like gold! You would have thought I had been a life long customer.
