I bought a brand new F150 FX4 a few months ago and had a small transmission leak I brought in for warranty service. My first experience with Marcia was awesome! She has tons of personality, is very helpful and went way out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. They replaced a seal but I still had a slight leak the next day. I received a follow up call from the dealer the next day to check on the repair and I mentioned it was still leaking. The tech on the phone immediatley jumped into action, notifying the service department, setting up my next appointment etc. After they replaced the seal for the second time, everyhting has been great. I received a call from Russ, the service manager personally checking in to see that it was fixed and apologizing that it wasn't the first round. I work in a customer service oriented business and have long believed that while mistakes and errors will happen, it's how you react when they happen that matters and that will set you apart from your competition. Russ and Marcia were awesoem and it's very evident how serious they take customer sat. I'd highly recommend this dealer to anyone. Much better than any other Jax Ford dealer I've dealt with. More
