Bozard Ford Lincoln - Service Center

My daughter purchased her first vehicle from Bozard Ford directly after graduating from high school. After owning the vehicle for less than a year, she drove it to Jacksonville not realizing that the radiat directly after graduating from high school. After owning the vehicle for less than a year, she drove it to Jacksonville not realizing that the radiator had a leak. At 1am on a Sunday morning, I received a frantic call from my daughter that said her car had died at the top of the Dames Point Bridge in northern Jacksonville. After getting my daughter and the car to safety that night, the following morning we had te vehicle towed to Bozard Ford. Shannon Fletcher met us at the dealership early that morning and led us through the process of having the engine replaced. Not only was the quality of the work superior, the price was competitive. However beyond that, Shannon went the extra mile by meeting us on his day off to insure that the needed parts could be located as quickly as possible in order to get my daughter back on the road. Even locating a new engine took little time and the vehicle was returned to my daughter in better condition than when she purchased it! We won't allow anyone other than Shannon Fletcher service our vehicles! More

My most recent experience was after purchasing my new F150, I experienced a hesitation when accelerating. Patrick McGee had mentioned to call for "anything" so I took him up on that. Patrick communicated with the service department, lined up a time for the truck to come in, set up a loaner and swapped out the loaner for my truck at my place of work on the date scheduled. Did not ever need the loaner but it was great having that available. Once the truck was checked out Alex (do not remember last name) contacted me and explained the process, and clearly outlined what I could expect in the future related to this issue. Patrick then returned with my truck and again went over some of the details of the issue with me. This was a very unexpected experience, and very much appreciated, the Bozard team was well represented by Alex and Patrick. Thank you for giving me the chance to provide feedback. More
