During a process of replacing my transmission I dealt with Jerilyn in the service department. She did a great job and was super helpful. She and the tech worked to get me a new transmission under my ext with Jerilyn in the service department. She did a great job and was super helpful. She and the tech worked to get me a new transmission under my extended warranty. While the work took longer, due to approvals and manpower, Jerilyn kept me aware, and she was on top of it any time I texted or emailed. The Enterprise car rent group at this dealership is also well run. I would return to Bozard. More

A service department that is willing to listen to your issues and work with you to insure a quality service. It is hard to believe there are still service departments that go above and beyond to make sure issues and work with you to insure a quality service. It is hard to believe there are still service departments that go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the service. We were in the middle of a trip they had people help take all our luggage and transfer it to a loaner so we could continue on our vacation then return a week later and transfer back to our vehicle so we could go back home. So many of people in the service department worked with us and it happened so fast I don't even remember all of them. Job well done. More

Waited 2 weeks for an appointment, dropped my car off early, they held it all day and then told me they didn't have the chance to look at it at the end of the day.
