I have serviced all three of our families Ford vehicles with Bozard and been pretty loyal to them. NO MORE! Then to top it off when my wife drives the truck out of the lot she noticed the air pressure on alerts said rear tire was down to 28 after the had the truck. She called immediately and Robert the service technician said bring it back. Upon arrival they wanted to charge her another $55 dollars for a nail picked up! Clearly picked up in there hands in there parking lot! Will never do business ethos shady outfit again. Be weary!!! By the way still waiting on a call from the service manager. More

They don’t even deserve the one star. I have written reviews in the past as I have been having issues with this dealership for YEARS. I now have to sue them because they failed to check t I have written reviews in the past as I have been having issues with this dealership for YEARS. I now have to sue them because they failed to check the connections in my car after I brought it in for a charging system alert and it CAUGHT ON FIRE. My car caught on fire. They said everything was fine and they couldn’t find the problem and to keep on driving it. I can even provide proof to them that they are at fault and they still refuse to own up to their mistake. With an intermittent alert it is customary to check the history to make sure there’s no codes that just haven’t shown up that day (which is exactly the case) if they checked my history they would have found the code and the pinpoint test that goes with that code would have made them check the connections and this never would have happened. The service manager Matt even said to me on the phone “ma’am we don’t have time to check your history we are a busy facility” Horrible horrible dealership they halfass everything and they don’t care that they are putting customers at risk. More

We delivered our car to Bozard Ford for emergency maintenance June10, 2024, and quickly learned a necessary repair exceeded what we were willing to invest in getting it back on the road. Our best solution was to trade it in and look for a new ride. To find a good replacement would likely take a few days so Alex Vecerkovic, Assistant Service Manager, became personally involved in getting us a loaner in this unusual predicament. This allowed an 83 year-old Air Force Vet and his wife to have time to calmly go about choosing the right replacement for our car. A sales team came together to make it all happen, and for the efforts of that teamwork, we are thankful. We already knew of Bozard Ford’s solid integrity and customer service policies but Alex’s professionalism and understanding went far beyond anything we have witnessed or experienced at any major dealership, ever. And it reminded us of how important it is to have a dealership in town that treats us like family. Consequently, Alex’s efforts along with those of Justin Williams/Sales Director, Wyll Dickenson/Senior Client Advisor, and Devin DelleDonne/Sales Advisor were all instrumental in our buying our next car from Bozard Ford. When my 2020 Explorer was taken in for recall service, we were given a 2024 Timberline loaner. The Service Department called and advised that they would not be able to get my car finished because of the Memo were given a 2024 Timberline loaner. The Service Department called and advised that they would not be able to get my car finished because of the Memorial Day Weekend being very busy. I told them that was not a problem because I liked the 2024 Explorer Timber Line very much so Tuesday would be fine to come pick it up. Within a couple hours Greg Steinburg called me and after a brief conversation, he set an appointment for us. Mr. Steinberg made the purchase of our new 2024 such an easy process. When we arrived, Greg was completely prepared with an offer. Although it didn't quite meet my expectations, Greg quickly went to bat for us and came back with a great offer which we accepted. In all my years of buying vehicles I have Never had a salesman get in the Vehicle and go over ever option so that we knew had to work them and with all the electronics now day it would have taken me forever to learn them. The dealership is well stocked with inventory and sales staff and always so Clean. Its always been a Pleasure to go in even for Service. In addition, we celebrated our new car with lunch at the Ford Cafe! THANKS Greg and Bozard Ford More

This is our 4th vehicle purchased or leased through Bozard Ford by our family. First three were great, sales and service is always top-notch. This F150 has been a challenge for all parties involved. We had it for 10 days when the SYNC system went on the fritz. After many days and weeks of the Bozard team and Ford Engineering trying to figure out the issue, all issues were resolved and we are back on the road. Of note are Matthew Norris and Travis C. Travis kept me in the loop(for better or worse) on a daily basis. Matthew Norris reached out once we had reached the end of our patience on this matter and offered to resolve it any way possible. After all is said and done, I must say that the technician and foreman that worked on the truck did a good job(I am very picky on factory fit and finish after repairs) and Matt made things right not only by his communication but also by keeping his promises. Long story short: Bozard did right by us when a brand new truck wasn’t up to Ford’s normally high quality. More
