We bought an MKZ Lincoln Hybrid at Bozard. It's a wonderful car, but I needed help with using some of the "bells & whistles', especially pertaining to sync-using the phone, phonebook, I-pod, and voic wonderful car, but I needed help with using some of the "bells & whistles', especially pertaining to sync-using the phone, phonebook, I-pod, and voice commands. I called our sales person, David Arnold, and he & Ronnie Sherling came to our home in Palm Coast and Ronnie gave us a crash course to answer our questions. It was a very helpful session, and we consider it exceptional service. Sometime after that I had difficulty with playing my I-pod in the car; so, I went to the Ford dealership here in Palm Coast and one on the salesmen there was able to help me. I thought it was resolved, but after a few weeks, realized the problem was occurring again. Went back to Ford in Palm Coast & he wasn't able to solve it & recommended I take it back to Bozard. Monday, we mde an appointment with Ronnie Shierling at Bozard. He spent over 2 hours with us and diagnosed and fixed the problem. We do appreciate his patience, diligence and expertise. As an extra bonus, he had our car washed as it had to be out of our garage the past few weeks. More
