My experience with Bozard Ford is without any doubt the most positive sales experience I have ever had at any dealership. Frank was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He had previously provided pricing information via email, so I was very familiar with what to expect pricing wise. Frank went above and beyond on Sunday following the sale. Though it was his day off, he took a call from me and answered many questions, while enroute to a family breakfast. I have not purchased a car in 20 years, specifically because I detested the entire previous experiences. No other sales representative has ever gone as far as he did assisting us to remove license plates, trailer hitch parts, and even moving our truck topper over to the new truck which required him to unbolt the hold down clamps and all.
