I spoke with Henry Rowe over the phone about getting a 2011 F-150 super crew xlt. I really didn't think I could afford a new truck, but when Henry and John Moon got done, they were offering me a 2012 tru 2011 F-150 super crew xlt. I really didn't think I could afford a new truck, but when Henry and John Moon got done, they were offering me a 2012 truck at a price that was better than anyone else. Henry and I went over the details on the phone and we had a deal. I went down the next day to find my new baby all cleaned up and gassed up. Since I was doing a dual title, my wife had to be present to sign. So we put our new corgi puppy in the crate and hit the road. I thought they would be able to quickly present the spots where she needed to sign but as usual things always take a little longer than planned. I let them know our dilemma and Henry and A.J Miller rocked it out. A.J is a machine. It takes him five minutes to get you out of his finance office. He times it with his phone! Now if you want to question everything and what have you, I'm sure it's going to run longer, but ours was pretty straight forward. My wife was out the door and our puppy has maintained his stellar pee free crate training. Kind of a silly thing, but it was important to us and we really appreciate A.J and Henry's help. After my wife hit the road, Henry hooked me up with F-150 101. He "took me to school." I really appreciate all the education. The truck is an excellent product, but with Henry's info I'll avoid problems that the uninformed might run into. I had never been to that dealership, but it is very nice as is all the employees there. To service my truck I will also be coming to Bozard even though there is another Ford dealership closer to my home in Jacksonville. I don't know who reads these reviews, but if your someone buying a car/truck, just go down to Bozard. You'll enjoy it and they will be fair with you and you'll appreciate the new relationship. I was greeted as I approached the door; this was very nice. The gentleman was very helpful. I told him who I was there to see and he arranged the meeting right away. When it came time to be shown vehicles, Greg arranged that we ride in a golf cart, which was very helpful. It was a hot day, and he wasted no time. He showed us several vehicles, pointing out the pros and cons of each one. He was eager to understand our situation, and was highly empathetic. Then, once we decided on a vehicle he was quick to arrange a test drive and to suggest a route that would give us the best experience. I had to go home to retrieve my checkbook and was pleasantly suprised to learn that when I returned the paperwork was already ready for me to sign. I watched the team in action and was quite impressed with the way everyone worked together. Then before I left, Greg made sure that the car was cleaned and topped off with gas. This was unexpected. It made me feel great that they would take such care with me. Over all the experience was rather inviting and pleasant. I have already begun recommending Bozard Ford to those of my friends who are looking for vehicles, and will continue to do so. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. More

My Husband and I love our new ford truck! We came in to look at a truck around 4pm with no intensions on buying anything. After the paperwork was signed and I thought we were just going to drive off...by then it was going on 8pm and Ricky took the time to show me everything I needed to know about the bluetooth, and again made sure I knew where everything was on the dash and all the paperwork in the glovebox.
