My SUV buying experience was fabulous. I dreaded the thought of buying a car - having to deal with all of the haggling back and forth. John Lasch made this experience fabulous due to his professionalism, calmness, knowledge and he didn't come across as a "slick car salesman". He treated me, my mom and niece with respect - didn't talk down to us. I've had horrible car buying experiences in the past - but this was great. He was very helpful finding us a car in our price range that would last us a long time. Ricky went to a lot of trouble to find something for us. He then introduced us to Terry. Terry was very helpful finding us financing that we could afford and also a service plan. Everyone there was fery friendly and helpful.
