Didnt really have exactly what we wanted on the lot, instead of settling for something else George Promised to find and get it. Left the dealership and within an hour had a phone call stating they had found the exact Edge we wanted. Had vehicle brought to store, deal pretty much made over the phone and everything complete by the time we got to dealership. I will say what a GREAT experience!! George was awesome, and salesman Henry Rowe was Great. Henry went above and beyond. Will be back to Bozard Ford to buy again! Buying this car was a good experience. I had driven several vehicles - Honda, Nissan, Mazda, Hydunia and a 2013 Ford Escort @ Mike Shad the night before I bought the Edge.
