Excellent Customer Service at Bozard Ford Dealership My family were on vacation in St. Augustine last week. We had just sold my wife's car to a college student in need of a car; and so we decided to jus My family were on vacation in St. Augustine last week. We had just sold my wife's car to a college student in need of a car; and so we decided to just take a look while in Florida at SUV'S. My wife had done much research on SUV's and after dropping by the Bozard Dealership and communicating with their salesperson, Daniel Stone, we were prompted to go back and continue looking. Daniel Stone met with us on 3 occasions that week showing us various SUV's. Everytime we changed our thinking and wanted to see a different color or make between a Ford or Lincoln, Daniel was very accommodating and very kind. He was extremely cordial, considerate, and understanding that we were on vacation and needed time to consider our options. I travel the country teaching seminars to corporations on "Exceptional Customer Service"; and from my perspective on a scale from 0 to 10; I would give Daniel Stone and the Bozard Ford Dealership a "10". I was greeted warmly and they took my car back for service right away. I was offered a "loner" vehicle but I declined since I had come prepared for a long wait. My car was ready far sooner than I had expected and all the items appear to have been taken care of within that time. Marcia was very courteous and asked several questions to be sure she understood my problems before sending the car back to the mechanic. More

I serviced my new car a few days ago because my front right tire bl I purchased my Lincoln MKZ at Bozard. They treated us like family from the start. I serviced my new car a few days ago because my front right tire blew out. The service was great. I was impressed when I got in my car that they had completely cleaned and vacuumed my car. When I got home I took a closer look at my tire replacement and was disappointed that my wheel had rubber tire marks from the blow out. I was disappointed that the service man didn't take the time to clean the wheel. Other than that, they did a terrific job. More

Car lost all power when on a return home trip I called for service on a Friday a.m. after our vehicle barely got home, having stalled and then had no power whatsoever. My service rep, Jeff Sparks I called for service on a Friday a.m. after our vehicle barely got home, having stalled and then had no power whatsoever. My service rep, Jeff Sparks ,said that even though they had a bag log from the previous day to bring it in so that he could see what could be done. The problem was identified as a Throttle Control gone bad (car had only 7600 miles), and they were able to correct the problem and get the car back by early afternoon. I am pretty happy with this kind of response for an emergency situation and I thank Jeff for his successful efforts to get us rolling again. More
