Folks and service are great but the new remodeled layout has tons of problems. From open sewage grates right below drivers’ doors where it would be too easy to drop your keys into the sewer to too many blin has tons of problems. This does not include way too many sharp corners where I’ve already cut myself. Nor does it include one salesperson who both turned on the TV loud while people were trying to focus on laptop and cell work without asking or leaving a remote but then continued to swear and complain how much his life sucked. I’ll go back as I always do for the back office services but someone has got to do something about the front staff and the owner should think about suing the architect in order to fix the many problems. I wanted to purchase my leased car. I asked the sales manager about why they needed to charge a $355 fee for a safety inspection when the car was getting a PA state inspection { which I asked the sales manager about why they needed to charge a $355 fee for a safety inspection when the car was getting a PA state inspection { which it passed) and the high $349 doc fee. He was very rude and commented to the finance person "Do we even want to do this deal?" I told him that if that was the way they treated customers, that I would never do business with Bowser again.and walked out. More
