My interaction with the service department on Sept. 10, 2024 was not what I expected. The service desk agent named Frank was cordial, polite and respectful. However I found the service technician rude 10, 2024 was not what I expected. The service desk agent named Frank was cordial, polite and respectful. However I found the service technician rude and impatient and condescending. Likewise the service manager was patronizing and literally talked down to me. I’ve purchased three cars from Bowsers Chippewa over the years. It’s doubtful that I’ll return to buy another vehicle. More
