At this time I only had an inspection of my vehicle, so I can not say really anything about the workmanship The new facility is pleasant to wait in. I do have one complaint however! When I called to make an appointment, it was set for 10 am. I got there at 9:45 am. My vehicle wasn’t taken back u til 10:50 am. If my appointment was at 10 am, my vehicle should hav3 been taken in at 10 am!!! My time is just as important as your time. My vehicle was t ready until 12:05 pm. I have never had a car inspection take that long, especially silly one with only 12.000+ miles on it for a 4 year old vehicle! This was almost as bad as going to a doctor’s appointment! My doctor is typically only 15 minutes late. I am hoping because I set the ne t appointment up for 8 am, my vehicle is taken in and started having work to it at 8 am! Perhaps you need to look into better methods of scheduling work to be done. I know this is going to cause some hard feelings, but if you want to keep your customers satisfied, you need to give prompt service. If I was late getting to my work place or didn’t have work finished when scheduled, I would have lost my job. I hope society has not gotten so bad to be complacent about how getting the job done that this is the new norm More
