Good job I take my car to Day Chevrolet because I trust the service manager, Ray, with the care of my car. I have taken it back to Day for service ever since I take my car to Day Chevrolet because I trust the service manager, Ray, with the care of my car. I have taken it back to Day for service ever since I bought it over ten yrs. ago. I feel confident that when Ray says my car needs this or that done for my Impala ,I am sure that it really needs it. Trust is a big thing when you are dealing with your only vehicle, especially for someone like me,since Ikeep my cars for ten years plus. I think I will stay with Day Chevrolet. More
Chevy Cruise repairs I said to Ray, "you must be a daddy." I needed some work done on my car and could not really afford to have everything done. Ray was so concerned for my safety, I felt like I was talking to my dad. He was courteous, professional and very understanding. He expressed the importance of getting all the repairs done on my car. He worked with me and we were able to get everything done to insure that my car was safe for the road. More

Aweful experience that is still not over. My car was in an accident and I sent it to the place I bought it thinking that you have the expertise to do a great job. Boy, was I wrong. My car h My car was in an accident and I sent it to the place I bought it thinking that you have the expertise to do a great job. Boy, was I wrong. My car has been there for nearly two months. I have attempted to pick it up three times only to find issues with the vehicle. The new body work had scratches in the paint ranging from 3 to 6 inches. The interior still had blood stains from the accident although it looked as someone tried to wipe down the interior with a dirty rag. No one could have inspected the vehicle prior to my attempts to pick it up. Today, I picked the car up, I had to immediately return it as the seat belt doesn't work. (which was supposedly replaced from the repairs/accident). Also, I see a drip of the clear coat on the passenger side wheel well. I have had to chase down statuses on the car ever since it was towed in. I have this car an another coming due on lease in Oct 2018 and Apr 2019. Most likely will not purchase another car here again. I have purchased vehicles and received service in the past for years. Something changed @ Day, and not for the better. More

I was in and out very quickly, and the service team did an excellent job on my vehicle.
