Disappointment and frustration I leased a 2015 Trax. It has had to be towed twice and my lease isn't even done yet!! I was so disappointed because I loved this car - but the issues I leased a 2015 Trax. It has had to be towed twice and my lease isn't even done yet!! I was so disappointed because I loved this car - but the issues in the last 8 months have been unprecedented. The most recent time it was towed, I was without a vehicle for A WEEK until I was able to finally acquire a rental/loaner from the dealership. Then, just a day after I picked up my vehicle from the service center (this past Tuesday), my check engine light came on again!! Now, I have to take it back on Monday - taking time out of my morning and will make me late for work again! The first time I was without the vehicle, I was not offered a rental. Instead, we had to call and ask for one to be given. Even though the service center said they will provide a rental for this issue I am having looked at on Monday, it does not make any of this any less frustrating or inconvenient. I am paying for a lease that I haven't been able to drive in a month. I do not know if I have a lemon, if this is being done because my lease is almost done and they want to make me desperate for any deal they give me on a new lease, or if they just don't care about how this has inconvenienced me so far. Either way, this will be my final business completed with Day Chevrolet. Do not contact me about this issue. More

Fixing an intermittent problem I've had a noise when turning the wheel hard over to the right and the problem has been an intermittent one for awhile. I took it into Day Chevrolet I've had a noise when turning the wheel hard over to the right and the problem has been an intermittent one for awhile. I took it into Day Chevrolet in Monroeville and their service rep. (Kim) and service tech., (Caleb) worked on it together to diagnose and correct the problem. It did take a second trip back to eliminate the problem completely but their concern and efforts to get the work done to my complete satisfaction is what was so impressive. More
