Heat not working. These guys were professional and courteous. Had to have my car towed to your garage I broke down and had to have my car towed. When I got there Kim was my customer service rep that I have dealt with in the past she was very willing to I broke down and had to have my car towed. When I got there Kim was my customer service rep that I have dealt with in the past she was very willing to help. She said the car would be looked at on Tues and on Monday she called me and the car was ready to be picked up. More
Efficient Fast and Friendly. Dropped off my 2015 Silverado at 0815. I figured since I was dropping it off I would get a call late afternoon. Call came after lunch, oil change, alignment, state inspection( that was thrown in there after I arrived) multi point inspection. All done shortly after noon time. Service person I dealt with was Ray Peterson. Could not have been friendlier. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Second time in for service, last was just an oil change and that was quick. All in all they’re batting a 1000 with me. Great job, Great People. More

Bad experience First ran out of gas on the test drive. Bad relationships between salesman and myself. I was buying a 2015 Jeep Wrangler and he no clue about assuming bc it’s a Chevy deal but still It’s on your lot know your vehicles or don’t sale it. My Jeep is has been back three times combined 15 days for a water leak and still not fixed after they tried to tell me they replaced the door gaskets lies cause I made a mark on the old ones and I got it back with the same markings I’ll be taking it back again unfortunately I will NEVER do business with Day Chevy Ever again More
