I moved to Arizona 2 years ago and had to go to a new Chevrolet dealership. I assumed they would be honest and take care of me. Not the case! I find out as I recently moved back to Michigan and reach out to Lacey Parker to see if there was any way for me to get into something different. She helped me get into a new vehicle and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out this time was how she looked out for me beyond just the sales. She took the time to review everything carefully and even guided me in canceling unnecessary programs that had been added by the dealership in Arizona-something I wouldn't have caught on my own. That level of honesty and care is rare. Lacey is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly has her customer's best interests at heart. I'm so grateful for the help and wouldn't' go to anyone else.
