Best sales experience ever! I have purchased and leased a number of vehicles over the years. I enjoy vehicles so much that I've often been involved in the selection and purchas I have purchased and leased a number of vehicles over the years. I enjoy vehicles so much that I've often been involved in the selection and purchase process for friends and family as well. In all that time and through all those vehicles, I've never been motivated to review a dealership or salesperson before. I have to say though, Chaz is exceptional. Bowman Chevrolet has created a culture in which salespeople are empowered to truly listen to and address the needs of the customer. There was not 1 point during the entire process of purchasing our new car that we felt Chaz wasn't genuinely interested in doing whatever he could to help us ensure we got the right vehicle, exactly how we wanted it and at the price point we needed. If you've ever purchased a new car, you know the drill. Salespeople try to get you to drive the most equipped vehicle they can find, they insist on riding with you so they can subtly convince you why you need the extra features and interrupt any critical train of thought you may have. Then comes the negotiation tactics involving consulting a superior and pretending to negotiate on your behalf and the whole process ends in someone else's office where they upsell you on warranties, accessories and maintenance plans. Yeah, there was NONE OF THAT NONSENSE at Bowman. Chaz was our ONLY point of contact from when we walked in the door until we drove away in our new car. We had a specific concern about the model we were looking at and he went out of his way to have multiple vehicles available for us to drive and evaluate. Chaz is a seriously exceptional person working at what I can only imagine is an exceptional Chevy store. More
