Helpful, friendly, and not pushy with the sales! When I first walked into Bowman Chevrolet, I was nervous and stressed - it was my first time getting a car from a dealership and I had heard far too m When I first walked into Bowman Chevrolet, I was nervous and stressed - it was my first time getting a car from a dealership and I had heard far too many horror stories about pushy salesmen and whatnot. It didn't take long at all for me to get into a vehicle for a test drive and the gentlemen who I talked to the first day I went in were very laid back and friendly. When I went in to get details on the car I wanted to lease I talked to Teresa, and she absolutely knocked it out of the park in terms of customer service! She was very helpful and informative and didn't mind taking the extra time to explain the things I didn't understand about leasing. She also took my budget seriously and did everything in her power to make sure I got the best deal possible! When we were all done setting up my lease she sat in the car with me and explained all the features, and she also helped me get Android Auto and OnStar set up. Overall the whole process turned out amazing, I got the exact car I was looking for for a price that I was looking for! Everyone there is friendly and service with a smile seems like a total breeze to them. Thanks so much Bowman Chevrolet! More

UPDATE 05/20/17 RE: the 2yr/24000 CPO Service Contract I purchased a CPO vehicle in February 2016. I was told that included all regularly scheduled maintenance for 2 years or 24,000 miles. I recently retur I purchased a CPO vehicle in February 2016. I was told that included all regularly scheduled maintenance for 2 years or 24,000 miles. I recently returned the vehicle to the dealership for the 3rd oil change and tire rotation which is specifically provided for in the 2 year service contract. Upon completion of service I was told that this service was not included in the in the CPO service contract and I would have to pay. I explained that when I purchased the truck I was told the 2 year/24000 mile CPO service contract included 4 oil changes. The service writer told me that changes had been made and now only 2 oil changes are included in the CPO service contract. She turned away to help the next customer without offering further assistance. I won't be returning to Bowman Chevrolet for any other service needs. Honesty and Integrity are important to me so if they can't honor their CPO service contract, I will not be returning there for service or new vehicle purchases. UPDATE 05/20/17 The service writer has contacted me and admitted her error in interpreting the CPO service agreement. I have been issued a refund for my payment for the service in question and I have received a nice letter of apology from the Service Manager of Bowman Chevrolet. I'm satisfied that the matter has been resolved and will continue to go to Bowman Chevrolet for future service needs. More
