Jaden was the "face & voice" of Bowman when I first accessed the specials on the Internet. She & I chatted, initially, and was I was very pleased with her intelligent answers, active listening/writing skills. She made the initial appointment, with Tony, and assured (me) that I'd indeed be pleased; my experience at Bowman. Kudos to Jaden, in my opinion, she positively got the "ball rolling" and deserves credit/recognition! Second: Tony Gazetti (Sales & Leasing Professional). Tony was respectful, on time, and made me feel welcome! He answered all my "should I lease as opposed to buy" questions. He determined since I (am retired two years now) drive relatively low miles that leasing was definitely a good option. Tony made the financing, test drive and experience "seamless" and enjoyable! He was also a great "active" listener and was very knowledgeable and unhurried. That particular day, I had the privilege of meeting his wife and adorable baby boy; Jack. That impressed me too that Tony is a family man and enjoys his work/family; share his blessings' with his customers. In my opinion, this builds trust/loyalty. In the future, I'll make sure and give my future loyalty, time, vehicle finances to him; Bowman Chevy family. Third: Tony's assistant: Carson (I hope I got his name right....) was very pleasant, calm and took time (with me) to sit in my new Chevy Trax lease to "explain" how everything works; including "syncing" my IPhone with Apple CarPlay/onboard computer system. SO amazing that Apple CarPlay is offered as standard with the lease! He was (also) knowledgeable and pleasant and made the experience a great one! Last: Just now, I received (in the mail) my "welcome letter" from Bowman Chevrolet AND a box of excellent chocolate chip cookies! What a nice touch to such a positive experience with Bowman. Word of mouth goes a long way and so do premium products....everyone that's congratulated (me) on my new lease Chevy Trax, I've handed out Tony's business card(s) and told them about Bowman Chevrolet. I'm 78, so I've had a lot of cars in my lifetime. The 2015 Chevy Equinox with 8600 miles is just like new. The price was so good that I brought a printout from the website because I was afraid it was a typo. It wasn't. I can't say enough about the ease of buying from this dealership.
