Being a well satisfied customer of their Covington service department I found a Honda Civic in Kent on their web site. Art promised to have cosmetic detail work done I hadn't expected before I picked it up and had it completed earlier than promised, all at a price that was well under book value without the hassle of dickering. Great car that has been trouble free. I highly recommend both their sales and service. More
My Wife and I purchased a Brand New Ford Fusion 2007 from Bowen Scarff. It was the best experience I have had buying a car. I suppose some people like to haggle all day with the price and maybe sometimes you can get a good deal doing it that way but my time is worth money and I was in and out in about an hour with my new car. I shopped around and the price was lower than other dealers I probably could have negotiated the other dalers down and would have ended up with close to the same price but I figured why go through the trouble if I dont need to? Service is great as well and I have no complaints. More

Bowen Scarff has litterally worked on everything on my truck except the body. Entire gasker replacement on my Diesel Engine. Tranny replacement, front suspension and steering components. I went to trade in my car they wouldnt tell me how much they would give me for trade in. I picked out a nice car and went through all of the paperwork (took all afternoon)then tried to tire me out so i wou they would give me for trade in. I picked out a nice car and went through all of the paperwork (took all afternoon)then tried to tire me out so i would sign the paperwork without telling me how much they would give me for my car. when i demanded to see it on the paperwork they were giving me next to nothing for my car and the darndest thing they had a additional charge for the exact same amount that they were charging me for my "trade in" THEY TRIED TO STEAL MY CAR. Sales people are rude and pushy. I wanted a used car. They kept trying to sell me a new truck. I didn't want a truck. I went to trade in my truck for another newer truck. They offered me $3000 less than the Kelly Blue Book for my trade my truck had verry low miles and was in great shape. The price was the same as other dealers in the area. HOWEVER there is room for price negotiation at other dealers (usually 500-1500) They would not budge on the price even when I pulled up a listing on my phone and showed them there was a lower price on EXACTLY the same truck. "The No Dicker Sticker" is a huge rip off scam. I feel bad for the previous poster that was ripped off 5 times. You poor sucker. Salesmen are rude. Management is condecending and cars and trucks are all over priced. More

I work for another car manufacturer. However, I have, and my wife have bought 5 brand new trucks and SUV's from Bowen-Scarff Ford, and we ordered a special order car, that I couldn't fit into, I am too t and my wife have bought 5 brand new trucks and SUV's from Bowen-Scarff Ford, and we ordered a special order car, that I couldn't fit into, I am too tall, and the experience ...every single time was pleasant, non-pushy, honest, to the point, priced accordingly to the market, the value of the vehicle, in our market, and MORE than competitive. We didn't have to worry about being pushed around, making excuses, or feeling embarassed, or pressured into some set of accessories, or after market warranties, service contracts, or hidden necessary qualifications to buy the car, or truck, or SUV of our dreams. I will work for my friendly european manufacturer, but I will always give Bowen-Scarff Ford the first, and probably the last opportunity for my business. I had some financial trouble that decimated my "beacon score," and my salesman, Dan Forward got on the phone to Ford Credit, personally, talked with their loan official, and was able to turn a lease, into a purchase just by going to bat for me. I won't joke around about not having to answer some embarrassing questions, but at no time was I scrutinized by everyone in the dealership...it was discrete, and it was between him, and me. I knew I could trust Dan, and I never flet more obligated to answer truthfully because of his faith in me than I did if I was answering questions posed by my own mother, or father. I expect that in 25 years, I will still do business with Bowen-Scarff Ford because they are...in a word..."trustworthy!" Dan has treated me as well, or better than my own family. More
