I worked with Chris Kelly who went above and beyond to get me trade in value, final price, and everything squared away before I even walked into the dealership. I really appreciated being able to coordinate all the details over the phone so I didn’t have to spend all day at the dealership. I let him know I had two young kids at home and didn’t pressure me at all. He treated me with respect and kindness and didn’t try to push anything on me or create any false sense of urgency. Never felt like I was being “sold” on anything, he seemed to just want to help me find the right vehicle for the right price. I actually really enjoyed talking with him at the dealership, cool guy! I had seen a mustang online when browsing for a car, and emailed the dealership asking for more information. Usually 50% of the time, I would receive no response. Not in this case. I explained my situation about where I was located, as I was about an hour and 30 minutes away from where the car was in Kent. Jason was very professional in our correspondence via email, and we setup a time on the weekend to see the car. After the test drive and a few other questions answered right away, I decided to buy the car, and the experience with Jason and his group at Bowen Scarff Ford was great!
