Had my 2011 ford fusion towed to Bowditch because my battery died and when I replaced it. I was locked out by my cars anti theft system. My adviser was Al Cusano. It took about two weeks to get my vehic battery died and when I replaced it. I was locked out by my cars anti theft system. My adviser was Al Cusano. It took about two weeks to get my vehicle back. Prior to heading to the shop Al called me and asked did my dash lights work. I replied yes and he said well they don’t now. When I got to the shop to pay I asked him to explain what was going on and he told me that wires were cut off of the main harness which caused the lights not to work. Well more than my light weren’t working nothing in the dash works. He than told me there was nothing else they could do because they don’t have manuals for my vehicle. The mechanic basically cut blindly causing more damage but, they said they were focusing on getting the car started and that I should take it to Best Buy because they install after market alarms and the best he could do is give me a discount. He even stated that they found a harness but it’s 2700 dollars as if I’m supposed to pay for the damage they caused. I’ve called to speak to the general manager Walter Holmes. I can’t seem to get him. I’ve left voicemails and sent an email still no reply. Seems like I’m being ghosted. More
