I couldn't reached anyone at the service desk. I tried for an hour. So, I called sales and someone from service picked up. She had no idea about my car. The repair was to fix a slow leak at front I tried for an hour. So, I called sales and someone from service picked up. She had no idea about my car. The repair was to fix a slow leak at front right tire. I called Wynne dealer to get a hold of someone at Bowditch. Nothing, but soon with 15 minutes I received a called from the same woman. The tire would be fixed around noon. There was NO service advisors and the service manager worked for a couple of hours and then when home. This dealership has down in service BIG TIME. There is no excuse for this. I would be embarrassed that a customer had to call another dealership for help. I will be contacting BBB. More
