I had warranty work done on a defective key pad. The courtesy shown by Al was great. He told me how long my car would be in maintenance and arranged transportation to my home. What was unexpected was the numbers I had programmed in the defective keypad were reprogrammed in the new keypad. I consider this above and beyond normal repairs. This is my 5th car with Bowditch Ford and NEVER have I been disappointed with the sale or service on my vehicles. More
